Jehann El-Bisi has an earned doctorate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an advanced graduate certificate in the study of conflict zones and transformation, from SIT School for International Training in Brattleboro, VT. She served on the faculty as an adjunct professor, at the NEAG Graduate School of Education, at the University of Connecticut, at Storrs. She is a published author, and a gold and silver medalist, in the National Education Foundation Tae Kwon Do tournament, held Massachusetts, in 2013.
